Release chronic patterns of muscular tension using slow strokes, direct pressure, or friction on a focused problem area. Techniques used consist of deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and passive stretching.

Gua Sha and IAFM (Instrument Assisted Fascial Mobilization) are  techniques which utilize tools to release fascial restrictions. These tools are beneficial for pulled muscles, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, repetitive stress from overuse, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, and more. Used in conjunction with deep tissue massage.

Through suction and negative pressure, cupping massage releases rigid soft tissue, lifts connective tissue and brings blood flow to stagnant skin and muscles.  Cupping enables the body to release old restrictions and compensatory patterns and return to healthy functioning. Used in conjunction with deep tissue massage.

$55/$85/$115

Far-infrared heat is beneficial because of its ability to penetrate human tissue. It heats the body directly instead of heating the air, reducing swelling and inflammation, aiding in muscle recovery and helping the joints and tendons become more elastic. Session consists of 60-90 minutes of massage with 30 minutes of infrared therapy.

My Approach

Brandy Credeur, LMT and owner of Austin Trigger Point Therapy (formerly Karmassage) offers focused massage utilizing deep tissue, sports massage, cupping therapy and Gua sha/IAFM to reduce fascial restrictions and help eliminate muscular pain. Massage therapy allows your body to recover faster and perform better.

My 17 years of experience, including two seasons working with professional hockey players pregame (Go Stars!), allows me to help your body recover and perform better whether you're a hardcore athlete, weekend warrior, or desk-jockey.

About me

I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. I have spent the majority of my massage profession working with professional and amateur athletes from hockey players, basketball players, marathon runners, cyclists, runners and more. I look forward to helping you reach your goals.

I am a long time client of Brandy's, and give her my highest recommendation. She is a very skilled massage therapist, and a great person. She has helped me into a new state of well-being that has made a big difference in my life. I view my regular visits with Brandy as essential part of keeping in good shape. She is very good about individualized attention and developing a plan that fits your particular condition and issues. If you are thinking about massage for the first time or looking for a therapist - call Brandy. You will be glad you did. And you will meet a great and cool person as well.
